The Gîte is adjacent to La Malouinière built by a Privateer who commanded the frigate "La Glorieuse" which participated with Duguay Trouin in the Rio de Janeiro expedition in 1711.
The house is located 2mile from the beach, 6miles to the port of St Malo (ferries to Portsmouth, Poole and the Channel Islands).
